About our Client
Our client is a reputable multinational bank, they are currently looking for a Assistant Manager, People Advisory to join the team.
About the Role
- Performs transactions related to HR speciality with a high degree of accuracy, including but not limited to on/off boarding, benefit updates, employee assignment changes and staff movement
- Response to employee enquiries related to HR matters on a daily basis
- Be responsible for the internal administration of any global mobility assignments
- Work in conjunction with HRBP and other HR counterparts to understand what other central services could be provided
- Building sustainable relationships with senior colleagues within the business
- Supporting HR Directors in landing key strategic people goals
- Preparing HR Business Services plan and ensuring this is aligned to wider HR Plan
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 5 years of experience in full spectrum of HR work, preferably in sizeable organisation
- Knowledge with Hong Kong Employment Ordinates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in stakeholders management and multitasking skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
