Our client is a global fashion luxury group consisting of iconic brands committing to glamorous style and craftsmanship. The brands have a built the reputation on designing exceptional, innovative products that cover the full spectrum of fashion luxury categories. Due to business expansion in Asia, the team is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to transform the brand supply chain operation in Asia.
About your role:
- Report to Regional Manager, Supply Chain Transformation, you mission is to drive supply chain projects together with business leaders by providing structured project management methods, develop project documentation and communication.
- Beyond a mere coordination of tasks, the role involves providing relevant data analyses, making recommendations to support decision-making, developing process documentation and relevant monitoring tools (KPIs, scorecards) and maintaining feedback.
- Drive transformation of Supply Chain Organization to the next level
- Analysis and optimization of Supply Chain and digital logistic processes
- Enhancement and introduction of new Supply Chain related processes and technologies, e.g. for the demand, supply and material requirement planning
- Project leader and contact person for the implementation of new Supply Chain and logistic tools
Requirement:
- Tertiary Education in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Operations, or other related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience preferably in Supply Chain, Project Management or Business Analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Strong self-motivation and able to balance priorities
- Excellent at Excel, knowledge in PowerBI will be a valuable advantage
- Language skills: English, other language ability is an added advantage
- Immediate availability preferred
