About Our Client
Our client is a family office, they are looking for a capable Assistant to CEO/ Chairman to support both business and personal matters.
About the Role
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
- Manage the travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
- Business travel with the CEO and attend meetings as per request
- Provide support on personal matters and coordinate with the Butler for further arrangement
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Organize internal and external events
- Assist in any adhoc tasks if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years' experience of executive assistant/ personal assistant, ideally from finance sector
- Solid experience in supporting chief-level or senior management
- Overseas work/ study background would be ideal
- Detail-oriented, motivated and dynamic
- Able to multi-task and with strong can-do spirit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
