About the Client

An industry leading organization with a proven track of success around the globe. Due to the business expansion, they are now seeking for a motivated individual to join the team as Assistant Total Rewards Manager.

About the Role

  • Completes in-depth analysis on Global Reward programs; conducts research, analyses data and identifies trends across Compensation and Benefits programs.
  • Conducts data modeling, cost analysis and produces recommendations to support new initiatives or enhancements to existing plans.
  • Support in the roll-out and review salary structures across the region, ensuring adoption across the business and maintenance of data integrity and best practice processes
  • Analyses data and prepares job pricing recommendations and offer proposals
  • Responsible for harmonisation of benefits programs - e.g. Leave of absence/paid time off policies; insured benefits; other benefits like annual health screening, discounts & perks, etc.
  • Lead the benefit renewal process in countries across the globe, ensures information about plan changes are tracked centrally and supports the annual benefits budget process.
  • Lead the regional implementation of global and/or international C&B programs e.g. annual comp planning, sales incentive plans, flexible benefits platform
  • Work closely with other HR counterparts (e.g. HRBP and Talent Acquisition) on salary proposals, annual exercises and headcount budgeting
  • Assist int any ad hoc tasks if required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor and/or Master's holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on C&B and total rewards experience, preferably in multinational companies
  • With regional or global exposure would be ideal
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Taxation Law and other related ordinances in Hong Kong and other countries
  • Good analytical skills, strong attention to details and numberical sense
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, PPT & Excel)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
