About the Client
Our client is an industry leaders in Data Center, with their expansion they looking for a Assistant Vice President in Sales Team to drive their business.
Job Responsibilities
- Report to VP of Sales, leading a team of senior sales manager to handle top key clients in company.
- Closely work with business development and other internal department, formulate sales direction and strategy for market expansion
- Team management, defined KPI and performance objective, motivate sales Team to grow market share and acquire new logos
- C-level customer communication, engagement and presentation
- Identify competitors' activities within the market and recommend competitive tactics and strategies to maximize the winning chances
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- 10 years+ corporate sales development with 3 years in sales management, experience in Telco, data center, cloud industry is an advantages
- Aggressive and decisive, excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
