Job Description
Our client is looking a Compliance Manager with solid experience and understanding of OTC Derivatives, Type 11 regulatory regime and structured products to support the institutional business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance on compliance matters in relation to OTC derivatives / Type 11 compliance issues and structured products;
- Plan and implement compliance programs aligned with OTC derivatives / Type 11 compliance regulations;
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of OTC derivatives products and closely monitor changes in the regulatory environment;
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure accurate and timely reporting; and
- Manage and respond effectively to any compliance-related issues or investigations.
Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor's degree in Legal, Accounting, Business or related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance or legal a similar role in an international bank or a reputable law firm;
- Strong command of English and Chinese (Mandarin is must);
- Good understanding of OTC derivatives products;
- Proven ability to interact effectively with various departments in an organization;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; and
- Strong communication and presentation skills
