Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the capital markets team in the origination, structuring, and execution of debt and equity financings, including public offerings, private placements, and other capital raising activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, investment banks, and other financial intermediaries to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and implement the company's capital markets strategy, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to support decision-making and to inform the company's capital allocation and risk management practices.
- Manage the end-to-end deal process, from initial pitch to closing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or CPA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in deal origination and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations, with experience in managing complex transactions.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English;
