About the Client
Our client is a leading personal care products company founded in the US. They are currently look for a Business Development Manager to drive the sales revenue, develop new business, engage partners and customer as a result to enhance brand awareness.
About the Role
- Developing and implementing business strategies as a result to enhance brand image and product awareness
- To assist in the business development and marketing activities of the company
- Generate leads by market research, identify and secure meetings with prospective clients
- Analyze market trends, determine current needs and recommend value- added solutions & services for clients;
- Work closely with the internal stakeholders to strengthen and further develop brand equity in target markets
- Plan and coordinate training programs, promotion and communication activities in accordance with local needs
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' experience in customer facing sales position
- Demonstrated leadership in prior positions
- Demonstrated skills in customer business development and plan implementation
- Consistent achievement of sales target
- Ability to deliver training and presentations to various sized customer groups
- Strong in verbal and written communication
