Our client is a Multinational Waste management corporation. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Acquire new business and follow up potential opportunities
- Maintain relationship with internal stakeholders and existing customers
- Lead a small sales team and drive performance to achieve company's goals
- Formulate and implement strategic branding and customer engagement plan to attractive public attention
- Conduct market research, sales and marketing materials for promotion events, campaign etc.
The successful applicants
- Degree holder or above in Environmental Science, Environmental Management or other related disciplines
- 6 years or above solid experience in business development
- Experience in B2B/Corporate sales from any field will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills is preferred
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
