About the company

Our client is one of the most well recognized company in Hong Kong and with the vision to digitally transform their corporate services and they are now seeking for a newly created Business Transformation Director in IT, People & Change.

About the role

Reporting to the GM and working with cross departments, you will be the subject expert in strategizing and supporting global technology transformation in line with organization change that includes talent development, people & culture and HR strategy. Work with business leads to develop project roadmaps that align with transformation objectives/priorities taking into account resource availability. Focusing new practices and technology innovation, you will partner with key process owners to create process redesign and automation opportunities that add value, reduce risk and improve the employee experience. Lastly, you will serve as an interface between HR team, cross business units, IT department and external vendors to ensure transformation is also driven by your leadership, strategic decisions to change direction to position for growth, react to changing market conditions and enhance employee experience around the workplace.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, MBA and/or project, change management in multinational organizations
  • Consulting background is a huge advantage
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Proven ability to anticipate company's deeds and future, emerging trends and to articulate a vision and strategy that motivate others to action
  • Strong leadership and direct management of project / program managers, experience with coaching for success
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
  • Entrepreneurial and flexible, strategic thinker who can balance strategy with detailed execution
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members; demonstrated experience in leading a multifunctional team.
  • Good command in English and Chinese
