Our client is a well-established bank that is going through business transformation. They are now looking for a C&B Manager to join as part of the growing HR team. Candidates with Banking experience and solid exposure in driving compensation programmes preferred.
About The Role
As the C&B Manager, you will bring your expertise into the Bank that encourages innovation, new ways of working and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Head of C&B and support on various rewards, benefits and performance projects. You will also assist wtih the design, development and delivery of approaches that meet the bank's goals and help develop a culture in which employees feel truly valued.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder with 10+ years of relevant experience in the development of innovative pay, rewards, recognition and benefits strategies and solutions, including annual reward process. You will help oversee the Pension and Payroll operations and align reward and benefits policies with regulations. You will also manage relationships and negotiating contracts with external vendors relating to reward, benefits and performance. Working closely with the Head of C&B, you will also support with the design, development and embedding of performance management strategies and annual performance cycles, as well as utilizing data, MI and analytics to provide expert advice, insight and benchmarking to support remuneration, compensation and performance related decisions.
