Job Description
Our client is a mixed-use commercial development which consist of Grade A office and multi-storey retail complex. They are now seeking for a confident and cheerful customer service officer to cope with business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Monitor reception desks and concierge counters at grade A commercial property and shopping mall respectively.
- Provide one-stop concierge services to office tenants, visitors and shoppers.
- Manage customers' complaints, inquiries and feedbacks in any form from all channels, in acourteous and efficient manner, and able to work as a team to achieve company's key performance indicators.
- Prepare regular reports and provide clerical support to daily operations.
REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma or Certificate in related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in customer service industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Attentive with positive customer service attitude.
- Good command in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) is a must.
