About Our Client

Our client is a reputed eCommerce platform with 150,000+ followers. They are hiring an additional Customer Service Assistant to provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering information on our services, and resolving issues and complaints through various channels such as phone, email, or Whatsapp.


Responsibility

  • Handle incoming customer service phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Respond to customer service emails clearly and professionally.
  • Inform both prospective and existing customers about our company services, memberships, procedures, policies, and promotions.
  • Research and resolve customer complaints or issues following company policies and procedures.
  • Follow up on customer questions, complaints, and issues through outbound calls.
  • Optional: Represent the company at trade shows as a company representative.
  • Provide general office support as needed.


Requirements:

  • DSE or above in any discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Proficient written communication skills to respond to customer emails professionally and clearly.
  • Good teamwork and able to contribute to a positive team environment, and support team goals and objectives.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Mandarin is definitely an advantage
