About the Client
Our client is a HKSE listed company and market leader in the cosmetic sector with strong presence in Asia Pacific. To cope with their aggressive growth and expansion plan, they are now seeking a corporate communication manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Department and leading a small team, you are responsible for developing measures to increase the brand awareness and building the brand reputation in the region through devising and executing corporate communication initiatives to enhance the organisation image. The role entails coming up with content for social media, newsletters, creating content for media and liaising with external agencies for branding campaigns. You will lead annual reports production, corporate brochures, newsletters and corporate marketing materials as well as initiating corporate sponsorships, corporate social responsibilities and internal communication. Lastly, you will be the lead in coming up with strategies and executing them based on market landscape and market research data.
- Degree in Communications, Marketing or Journalism
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in the field of corporate communications and media relations
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key journalists and editors
- The capability and confidence to serve as a company spokesperson when needed
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment with people of various management levels
- Ability to create compelling content for internal and external audiences
- Ability to work with teams, strong interpersonal skills which enables connections with internal and external parties
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Good command in English and Chinese
