About the role
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements between business users and IT for CRM projects and systems
- Review System Requirement standard to ensure all user requirements are accurately documented
- Work closely with different business units to understand, analyze, model, and streamline their business processes
- Perform full-cycle project roll-out, including execution, requirement studies, systems design, implementation and other daily support
- Facilitate the development of the workflow and SOP
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related subjects
- 3 years of related experience, preferably in BI reporting, CRM data analysis, and statistical modeling
- Experienced in Python, SQL, R, or other tools for data analysis purposes
- Experienced in Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense or other tools for reporting
- Knowledge in Azure will be an advantage
- Strong data analytic and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to accomplish multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to details
- Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
