Job Description
Our client is a leading automotive retailer in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansions, they are now looking for a high calibre to join their team as CRM Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Perform customer segmentation and profile analysis through statistical modelling or data mining, to deep drive into customer persona and needs
- Conduct customer analysis and drive recommendations for business opportunities
- Perform campaign analysis including effectiveness and ROI
- Customer targeting for marketing communications (eDM, SMS, call list)
- Identify market trends and insights to boost sales and business performance
- Work closely with internal and external parties on CRM system enhancement (Salesforce), including user requirement gathering, UAT and implementation, etc.
- Assist in database integration, building automate reports and dashboards to monitor customers' activities and KPIs
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business related disciplines
- 3 years' experience in Data Analytics, CRM, Loyalty Program
- Proficient in programming languages - SQL, Python, Power BI
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
