About Our Client:
Our client is a International Luxury Retails, with their expension they are now looking for right candidate to join them.
Customer Care Executive
- Work in a team of total 30 CS, reporting a small team of 5 with 1 senior CS and supervisors. Mainly responsible for:
- Answer daily phone calls and emails in a high service level stand, enquiries including product requests, after-sales, complaints, repairs, etc
- Live chats, real time online channels enquiries handling
- Communicate closely with boutiques, ensure clear and complete handover of cases like repair, reservation, VIPs
- Total Package around $20-22K x 13 + Bonus
- Bachelor degree preferred with 3 years of experience in retail, customer / concierge service or luxury brand.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
- Excellent customer service skills, Fashion and / or Watches & Fine Jewelry experience preferred
- Good team player.
