About Our Client
Our client is a US-based FMCG company with a strong global presence. To support the group's ongoing growth, they are seeking a (Senior) Key Account Executive to join their expanding business.
Responsibility
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, buyers, and cross-functional teams within the group, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals across teams such as Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Product Development.
- Manage customer trade plans and implement profitable joint business plans across various store formats.
- Collaborate closely with the category team to enhance customer knowledge, identify opportunities, and drive channel plans and growth for everyday and seasonal product ranges.
- Overcome challenges, solve problems, and contribute to continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor competitor activities and conduct regular analysis to implement appropriate sales strategies and reinforce the company's competitive edge.
- Develop annual business plan targets, ensure their implementation, and make necessary adjustments in a timely manner based on market conditions.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- A minimum of 1 years' working experience in multinational FMCG companies
- Aggressive, face-paced and able to work under pressure
- Familiar with data management and able to work independently
- Strong business vision with strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate will less experience will be considered as Key Account Executive
