Responsibilities 工作內容：
- Deliver excellent customer service
為客戶提供優質服務 - Handle customer's enquiries and complaints by phone or email in a professional manner
處理客戶的查詢及投訴 - Maintain customer record from incoming call or email
準確地記錄有關資料
Requirements 工作要求：
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
良好粵語, 基本英語及普通話 - Fresh Graduate will also be considered
歡迎畢業生應徵 - Willing to work on shift (5 days/week)
五天工作 (需輪更) - Work location: Mei Foo/ Sheung Wan/ Ngau Tau Kok/ Tuen Mun / Kowloon Bay/ Kwun Tong/ Tsim Sha Tsui
彈性上班地點：美孚／上環／牛頭角／屯門／九龍灣／觀塘／ 尖沙咀
