Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Handle customer's enquiries and complaints mainly on email in a professional manner
- Maintain customer record
Requirements:
- Fluent of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience, Call Centre/ Hospitality / Aviation experience preferred
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
- Willing to work on shift (5 days/week)
- Work location: Kwun Tong
- 3 months contract, can be renewable depends on performance.
