Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle emails and calls of members enquiries and complaints at office
- Process and follow-up on membership scheme
- Develop and manage relationships with members
- Promote the membership products, translate the products uniqueness to customers benefit
- Liaise with internal department to make sure the pre-sales & after-sales process is smooth
- Provide support to sales team, marketing department and business management team
Requirements
- Associate Degree in any disciplines
- 1-2 years working experience in corporate customer service field, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
- Experience in a multi-national organization and Call Centers. Excellent interpersonal skill is expected
- Strong customer service mind and good communication / problem solving skills
