Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle emails and calls of members enquiries and complaints at office
  • Process and follow-up on membership scheme
  • Develop and manage relationships with members
  • Promote the membership products, translate the products uniqueness to customers benefit
  • Liaise with internal department to make sure the pre-sales & after-sales process is smooth
  • Provide support to sales team, marketing department and business management team

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in any disciplines
  • 1-2 years working experience in corporate customer service field, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
  • Experience in a multi-national organization and Call Centers. Excellent interpersonal skill is expected
  • Strong customer service mind and good communication / problem solving skills
