About our Client
Our client is a market leading telecommunication company with strong presence in Hong Kong. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join their team.
About the Role
Reporting to the team manager, you will be responsible for performing random call assessment to evaluate front-line performance and ensure the operation is fully aligned with quality requirements. You will also assist the manager to develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. Lastly, you will address front-line staff's strength and weakness and provide recommendations.
Requirement
- Diploma graduates or above
- 2 years of solid experience in call centre and quality assurance
- Previous experience in the field of telecom is preferred
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Service-oriented, customer focused and detail minded
