About Our Client:
Our client is market leader in financial printing industry, with their expension they are now looking for right candidate to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a team of 8 customer service and under a customer service manager
- Handling daily coordination and inquiries with clients regarding financial printing and production matters
- Communication with internal departments & clients in an accurate, timely and effective manner
- To assist the implementation of ad hoc jobs or projects
Requirement:
- 2-3 years customer service experience, good in Cantonese and Mardarin English communication skills.
- Experience in printing industrywould be a plus
- Possess a genuine passion for delivering world class customer service.
