About Us:
KOS International is a Hong Kong based recruitment company founded in 2009. We provide full spectrum recruitment services to organizations ranging from multinational corporations, listed conglomerates to small and medium-sized enterprises in Asia Pacific. With an ambitious expansion plan in Asia, we are currently inviting a Recruitment Consultant to join our healthcare and life science team in Hong Kong.
What We Accomplish Together:
Working with the Team Manager and the clients, you will identify the best suited talents for your clients through sourcing and screening candidates, selecting and presenting potential candidate profiles to clients, providing remuneration package negotiation and on-boarding arrangements. You will also assist your team to identify, develop and maintain client business relationships. In addition, you will provide business support on ad-hoc duties when needed.

To Be A Successful Candidate, You Will Have The Following:
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Passionate about the hospitality, travel, and food and beverage industry
- Proactive, outgoing, with a thrive to succeed
- Don't mind going the extra mile to get things done
- Independent and can also work well in team environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese is a pre-requisite for this role
