About the Role

Reporting to the department and managing a team, you will work closely with existing data science and engineering teams to leverage the unique data sets and current cloud infrastructure. As a team lead, you will execute continuous development and integration of AI/ML technologies to further the success of business units, creating efficiency gains in the industry. In addition, you will also develop and deploy high-performance analytic models as a leader of the core development team, leveraging supervised, semi-supervised reinforcement learning. It is also the duty of the this candidate to track the business's performance against data analysis model and monitor trends in key business KPIs, providing valuable insights to relevant departments for overall business performance improvement. Last but not least, you are responsible for growing and developing the data science team who analyze large data sets, build scalable and automated machine learning algorithms, and optimization techniques to implement analytical solutions.



The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree related to Computer Science, Statistics or related major studying AI (artificial intelligence), ML (machine learning), NLP (natural language processing)
  • Understanding of Chatbot/AI capabilities and solutions, and experience in digital product management and software product lifecycle in an agile environment will be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries and deliver business insights
  • Ability to dive into performance measurements with teams to help optimize and find key insights into performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to synthesize analytic results into relevant and strategic recommendations
  • Ability to understand and explain complex issues and clearly identify and communicate the situation at a high level
  • Excellent skills creating and managing a roadmap of features and enhancements
  • Good command in Chinese and English
