About the Client

A well renowned organization with a global presence and a strong track record of success is now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Director of Global Total Rewards.

About the Role

  • Act as a trusted advisor and expert to the CHRO in the development of a sustainable, relevant and innovative compensation and reward strategy in line with a growing business and one that drives the performance of the organization
  • Further direct the formulation and implementation of the reward and benefits programs globally that will attract, incentivize and retain high performing employees
  • Oversee all global benchmarking and strategic reviews of compensation in addition to leading (in partnership with HR Regional Leads) the Global Pay Review, ensuring that remuneration and performance related pay are in line with the budget and company objective
  • Establish and ensure the implementation of all compensation & benefit schemes ensuring there is complete compliance with relevant legislation and tax regulations globally
  • Develop and direct the formulation and implementation of global benefits policies i.e pension, healthcare, life assurance
  • Ensure the implementation of a relevant Global International Mobility program (including realizing full package analysis for expatriate employees and tax sensitivity analysis) which will achieve the global mobility objectives and the appropriate budget objectives of the company
  • Develop new reward tools in line with an evolving Digital Strategy and implementation of Rewards on HRIS
  • Advise Senior Leaders and HR Team on all matters relating to Compensation and Benefits
  • Continuous development and improvement of current reward practices globally

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • A minimum 18 years of working experience in the field of HR with an expertise in Compensation & Benefits on both local and regional level
  • Prior experience within a consultancy environment is a definite advantage
  • Hands on experience in executing and delivering total reward strategy (Compensation, Benefits, International Assignment, Recognition and Reward Systems) is a MUST
  • Strong user of contemporary HR system with the experience of implementation is preferred
  • Numerically sensitive with strong business acumen
  • Result oriented, ability to multitask and operate in an ever-changing environment
  • Organized, good communication skills with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
