About the Client
Our client is a world leading electronics manufacturer with global presence. Hong Kong is one of their biggest hubs with global and regional stakeholders. Hence, they would like to bring in a Director of IT Transformation to cope with the upcoming changes.
About the Role
Reporting to the CTO, you will lead and drive cross functional business integration projects around digitalization, system integration and process harmonization. You will also be highly involved in system process changes for global standardization, be the champion in process improvement and standardization as well as identify deficiencies in master data and processes. In addition, you will develop projects and initiatives to improve data integrity and consistency across multiple system platforms to produce high quality data analytics.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in IT and related disciplines, with a minimum 15+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in project management. Extensive exposure and hands-on experience, with proven success, in system implementation or project management is required. Strong strategic and execution mindset with global exposure is preferred. You should be able to establish stakeholder relationships in a multi-national, cross-cultural and matrix organization with an excellent command in English and Chinese.
