About The Client
Our client is a well-established conglomerate business currently going through company-wide transformation. They are now hiring for a Director, Total Rewards accountable for the development of a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns employee rewards with results that support organisation's objectives.

About The Role
As part of the HR leadership team, you will be responsible for upskilling the team and revamping the total rewards strategy and programmes, enabling the organisation to attract, reward and retain top talents.

- Develop and lead the Company's comprehensive strategy for Total Rewards using compelling and equitable compensation and benefits programmes aimed at attracting and retaining top talents in a competitive environment and across multi-disciplines
- Provide strategic direction, planning and requirements to execute the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company's compensation programmes; including annual short- and long-term incentives and executive compensation that are cost effective and consistent with labour market trends and organisational objectives
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the company's rewards programmes to ensure they are aligned with business and talent strategies, and monitor market trends to make recommendation for changes, as appropriate
- Provide leadership to and direct supervision of total rewards team members through effective coaching and performance management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources Administration or other related fields
- Prior Human Resources experience preferred, including significant experience in the design and implementation of complex compensation and benefits programmes, alongside process/ workflow streamlining exercises
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing environment, and create added value to the team and organisation
- Strong written and oral communications skills (English and Chinese)
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment, and willingness to assist team members as needed
- Strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of employees and business leaders
- Ability to professionally handle confidential material and associated issues
