About Our Client
Our client is an International Luxury Fashion Brand, due to business expansion plan, they are looking for a Distribution Planner in Hong Kong office.
Job Duties
- Define and adjust stock level based on sales forecasts and market trends in both Stores level and Market level within APAC regions
- Monitor the stock replenishment and allocation to maintain a healthy inventory level to meet the demand and minimize the excess stock level
- Monitor and report the availability of products to minimize the risks in shortages and stock excess
- Rebalance and organize the inventory efficiently between Stores and Markets to optimize sales and product opportunities
- Anticipate proactively the stock tension and communicate as a supply chain key contact between different departments to satisfy market inquiries
- Plan the stock building based on business needs, events, and new store openings
- Analyze stock level data and other KPI to work on different projects for continuous improvement and efficiency
- Plan and organize end of life product strategies in cooperation with the different functional departments
- Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as demand
Requirement
- High diploma holder or above in business, supply chain, distribution planning, logistics or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Distribution Planning/ Supply Planning / Inventory Planning
- Fluent communication in English and Cantonese and Mandarin, other language ability is an added advantage
- Proficient in Excel and knowledge in PowerBI is preferable
- Occasional travel is required
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Distribution Planner
