About the Client
Our client is a sizable and well-developed corporation within FMCG retail sector with stably growing business. Due to rapid expansion, they are now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Employee Engagement Manager.
About the role
- Develop and implement engagement and retention programs that support employee well-being, job satisfaction, and career development
- Plan and coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and other activities that promote a positive work culture
- Collaborate with other HR members to create and implement employee benefits and wellness programs
- Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather feedback from employees and identify areas for improvement
- Provide support for employees experiencing personal or professional challenges, including counselling and referrals to resources
- Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as communication, team building, and stress management
- Maintain accurate records and reports on employee engagement initiatives and outcomes
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years related working experience gained from sizable corporations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, listening, influencing and coaching skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to employee care, with a commitment to creating a positive work culture
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
