Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial reporting functions e.g. preparation of financial reports, interim and annual reports
- Effective control on the operations, structure and workflow of financial data and general ledger production of the Group
- Formulate changes in accounting policies and practices or the adoption of new accounting policies and the monitoring of their subsequent implementations
- Assist in enhancements to financial controls and reporting process including automation and UAT
- Liaise with external auditors for annual audit and tax matters
- Handle other issues related to financial arrangements, accountings, tax, measurements and presentations and reporting of financial information from time to time
- Take up ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder with accounting professional qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking or accounting industry
- HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications
- Self-motivated with good analytical, planning and people skills, able to work independently
- A team player with good communication skills and risk awareness
- Excellent in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
