About The Client
Our client is a HK conglomerate and now looking for a Head of Sales to drive & develop their Health & Supplements business division across Modern Trade Channel, E-commerce and Corporarte Sales
Responsibilities
- Directly report to General Manager and lead a sales team to manage key accounts (modern trade), E-commerce sales channels and corporate sales
- Is responsible for P&L management, formulate and implement sales strategy and plan for both offline and online channels to achieve business targets
- Formulate and drive annual business plan based on market analysis, budget planning and control according to business strategies and initiatives
- Develop and maintain good relationships with both internal & external stakeholders to maxmize business value and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Business or any disciplines
- Over 10 years business development experience in the key account and / or distributor
- Management in the consumer health sector and FMCG industry
- Experience in change management with a track record in leading a sales team to achieve sales targets
- With e-commerce experience is an advantage
- Strong business acumen and familiar with consumer health and FMCG market
- Strong numeric sense and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, strong leadership, influential and people management skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a pre-requisite for this role
