About Our Client
Our client is a reputable bank on expansion mode. They are now looking for an HR Compliance Manager to assist on licensing, Enhanced Competence Framework (ECF) implementation, HR Compliance related policies and procedures; to ensure the bank is meeting regulatory and statutory requirements.
About The Role
Reporting to the Department Head in HR Compliance, Operations & Projects, your primary focus is to act as an approver in the Relevant Individuals (RIs), Technical Representatives (TRs) and MPF intermediaries licensing process. You are also responsible to update and modify Enhanced Competence Framework (ECF) and all HR Compliance related polices and procedures. You will coordinate with internal and external business stakeholders on regulatory HR repotting and be the go-to person for HR audit related exercises.
The Successful Applicant
To be a successful applicant, you should have a business or human resources related degree with 8+ years relevant banking experiences in HR compliance, C&B operations and ideally exposure on streamlining workflow processes. You should be self-motivated with high attention to details. You are required to multitask, demonstrate research and analytical skills also excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
