About Our Client
Our client, a well-established MNC within logistics sector, they are now seeking for a HR Executive to join their Human Resources team in driving HR initiatives, providing strategic HR guidance, and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
About The Role:
- Assist and support the manager in full spectrum of HR functions for the designated business functions, recruitment, compensation and benefit, training and development, and employee relations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Provide professional answers and advices to employee enquiries on HR policies and programs
- Organize and facilitate focus group sessions with employees to gather feedback on company policies, benefits, and other relevant issues.
- Generate HR analyses, offering insights on data trends, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in company-wide HR projects.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or business partnering roles
- Demonstrated experience in employee engagement initiatives, talent management, and performance management processes.
- Proven ability to handle employee relations matters with tact, discretion, and fairness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent English and Cantonese
