About our Client
Our client is a well-known company under engineering sector and with strong business presence. Due to the business transformation, they are currently looking for seasoned HRBP professionals to join the team.
About the Role
- Act as a strategic Business Partner and provide HR services to the business units including workforce planning, succession planning, staff movement, performance management and talent development
- Partner with senior/ business leaders on HR advisory such as coaching and career development
- Support end-to-end execution and co-ordination of talent management process and talent development framework to strengthen the talent pipeline and succession planning
- Develop compelling communication strategies and direction to all employees, which reinforce the strategic direction of the company to maintain productive, passionate and cooperative company culture across the Business
- Work closely with HR CoE counterparts on HR related projects and goal setting
- Provide HR advisory based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated departments
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 10+ years of experience on HRBP or account servicing, ideally from sizeable/ multinational companies
- Comprehensive organizational development and change management experience would be a plus
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
