Responsibilities:
- Investment Origination and Leadership:Collaborate closely with the team to originate and lead investment initiatives, in conjunction with senior management.
- Analytical Expertise: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on a spectrum of investment opportunities.
- Due Diligence and Research Support:Assist senior investment professionals with due diligence procedures, research, and financial modeling.
- Client Meeting Preparation:Compile materials for senior professionals to utilize in client meetings, enhancing the firm's engagement with institutional investors.
- Direct Investment Focus: Concentrate on direct investments in growth-stage technology and blockchain companies, with a geographical scope that includes the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
- Relationship Management:Manage ongoing relationships with assigned companies and fund managers, which involves monitoring investments, attending AGMs, and advisory board meetings.
- Operational Support:Provide comprehensive operational assistance regarding reporting and investor updates.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience:1-3 years of work experience in the financial markets with robust financial literacy and analytical acumen.
- Relevant Industry Experience:Experience in private equity, research, or investment banking is advantageous.
- Organizational Proficiency:Exceptional organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- Quantitative Skills:A strong quantitative background to facilitate data-informed decision-making.
- Financial Modeling:Proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
- Language Skills:Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Computer Literacy:Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
