About The Client
Our client is a regional environmental conservation/construction group and they are looking for Application Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Act as team lead to oversee and manage all internal application and system development and implementation projects
- Determine the prioritizations of development tasks and change requests, and monitor the deliverables to ensure that business goals are achieved
- Perform solution design, stakeholder management, tender preparation and vendor management
- Lead internal team, work closely with regiona team, and manage vendors to maintain and support daily system operation and availability, and security issues
- Develop risk management and carry out disaster recovery plan
- Design and standardize internal policies, procedure and documentation
- Provide support and training to the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 8+ years of working experience in application or system development while 3+ years solid experience in project management, preferably working in MNC companies
- Proficient in developing web & mobile application or enterprise system interfaces
- Hands-on experience in technical design and programming: Java, C, CI/CD, PL/SQL
- Knowledge in cloud service, AI, IoT, or car parking system is an absolute advantage
- PMP would be an advantage
- Solid vendor management and leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, good problem solving and organization skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
