About The Client
Our client is a well-estalished bank, currently looking for 2 committed IT Audit Managers to join as part of the team.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Internal Audit, you will:
- Take lead in developing and maintaining audit methodoloy and procedures in order to provide independent assurance over IT including applications and related processes, computer operations & operations support, infrastructure (mainframe, midrange, middleware, messaging), open systems and wintel, network (external connections, wide area network, and local area network), technology governnace and related processes, technology outourcing, cyber security risk management and information security management.
- Involve in audit process and procedures to provide comprehensive assessment of IT activities, and evaluate and revamp existing governance framework, risk management, regulatory compliance processes and internal controls systems
- Participate in investigations and special projects as assigned
- Work closely with IT department and other internal auditing members to minimise technology risk and be fully updated with latest changes in risk management and/or new developments, whilst keeping track of the implementation of audit recommendations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Computer Science, or relevant disciplines, and a qualified member of CISA. You will have 5+ years IT audit / IT risk control experience acquired from financial sector, accompanied with sound knowledge around IT operations, project development, network, computer platforms and programming. You will also be familiar with auditing requirements within the banking industry and external applicable rules and regulations. Knowedge in ACL, MS Access or other data analytics tool will be an advantage, and CISSP certified or attaining other IT sescurity qualificaton is preferred. You will also demonstrate exceptional analytical, organisational and communication skills both in English and Chinese, and this role would require occassional travel to Greater Bay Area.
