About The Client
Our client is a listed luxury retail group and they are seeking for IT Manager to in-charge of large scale IT projects.
Job Description
- Lead and drive OracleEBS system integration and application upgrade projects in group level
- Responsible for project management in planning, organizing, facilitating delivery throughout the whole project lifecycle
- Identify business needs and establish necessary service workflow, behind technical solution engineering
- Lead internal team, work closely with stakeholders and manage vendor to design suitable technical solutions for system implementation
- Review and analyse the existing process, and provide recommendation for improvement
- Coach internal teammates and conduct training when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- Proficient in Oracle EBS system management
- 8-10 years of working experience in IT system with leadership experience, preferably in retail, FMCG or sizable commercial industry
- Solid hands-on experience in system upgrade and configuration
- Strong software development lifecycle management and project management background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with peers, subordinates & stakeholders
- Excellent in problem-solving and highly organized
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
