IT Support
Our client is the leading logistic firm and they are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional with a minimum of one year experience. The role involves providing assistance to users in resolving issues related to systems, software, hardware, and networks. Candidates should be willing to work in shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users on various IT issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, software, hardware, and network problems
- Document and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in 1st Level technical support
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in shifts and provide support during non-business hours
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, SQL, or Linux
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
