Job Description
- Responsible for digital application and platform development projects
- Work with internal teams to create user stories in order to deliver software solutions that meet business goals
- Gather and analyse user requirement, and translate business requirements into functional design
- Work with developers and designers in mapping user journey with successful delivery
- Conduct UAT and documentation
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management or Business administration related disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as business analyst
- Have background or exposure in digital platform such as Mobile App, Web, CRM, O2O channel or loyalty is an absolute advantage
- Have experience in Agile and Jira
- Presentable, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Good command in English and Chinese
