About the role
- Work with the relevant COE or internal stakeholder to continuously improve the reporting and dashboarding output, in an effort to drive data-driven decision-making and in support of the HR's strategic aims
- Develop and maintain successful working relationships with stakeholders at every level in the firm
- Work in a project-based fashion in delivering analytics products, from taking requirements, client engagement, product design, development and delivery to stakeholder management and continuous improvement
- Assess job classification, position and organisation change submissions against the existing catalogue for consistency of approach in HR's job family, titles and level and organisational structures
- Create or change data within HR's core system including preparing or reviewing populated data load templates
- Work with stakeholders in relation to data provision
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years related working experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Experience in HR data analytic is a MUST
- Solid hands-on experience in HRIS systems
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Mandarin with great communication and interpersonal skills
