Our client is a well sought after consumer brand with a diversified product categories offering to the market. They are looking for the Marketing Director to join their management team to drive the growth of business through marketing initiatives.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Commercial Director, owing the PNL you will be responsible for annual marketing strategy which include full touch points across integrated brand management, digital marketing, CRM and partnership marketing. You are the functional leader to lead the marketing activities, its operation and budget for the multiple categories to achieve the annual business targets. You will be responsible for creating and using digital focused CRM strategy to communicate with current key customers and untapped audience to build and improve the brand stickiness, ultimately contributing to the positive impact on frequency of transaction, basket size and customer referral. In addition, you will work closely with external vendors to devise a digital roadmap, maximize the brand presence in the focused online digital channels to sustain the noise in the market. This is a rare marketing leadership opportunity those who have a strong ability to bring the brand to the next level from an innovative marketing idea and approach.
Requirements
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related disciplines
- 15+ years marketing experience from FMCG / Retail
- Background from advertising agency / business strategy is preferred
- Experience from CRM development and ongoing improvement
- Digital marketing savvy, social media, paid and earned and analytics
- Strategic, excellent business acumen, creative and trend setter
- Sound stakeholder management and communications skills
- Fluent English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
