As the Global Media Planning and Strategy Director, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across global markets. You will lead a overal media plannig strategy and work closely with cross-functional teams as well as local teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global media strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience
- Lead the planning and implementation of integrated media campaigns across various platforms (TV, digital, social, etc.)
- Drive innovation in media planning and explore new opportunities for reaching and engaging consumers
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of media plans
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide strategic insights to optimize media strategies
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in media strategy & planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in media planning and strategy, preferably in an FMCG or related industry
- Proven track record of developing successful global media campaigns
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in media planning tools and software
- Global experience and understanding of cultural nuances in different markets
