Officer, Policy Service (1-year contract, up to $27k)
- Policy servicing / administration
- Exp in insurance / back office admin / support
- 5-day work, 1-year renewable contract
- Location: Quarry Bay
Responsibilities
- Handle all types of policy alterations, policy servicing, new business and claims applications in accordance with the requirements of standard procedures
- Participate in company projects end-to-end or as assigned such as performing UAT of new production systems, product implementation, portals revamp, etc.
- Build strong relationship with Distribution team for speedy resolution of request level issues.
- Follow through quality issues identified by quality assurance program. Recommend changes to procedures/processes and participate in their implementation.
- Update manuals, procedures or operational forms where necessary as instructed
- Assist line manager to prepare regular reports and communication for internal/ external parties.
Requirements
- University graduate preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in life insurance operations / insurance back office / policy administration / policy servicing
- Self-motivated, a quick learner and a good team player.
- Good problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Work well under pressure and able to complete task at a timely manner.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
