Our client is a sizeable local conglomerate in Hong Kong. They are now hiring a self-driven individual to join the team and support with paralegal and legal matters.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will provide paralegal and legal support to in-house legal counsels. You will assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents and commercial agreements, preparing internal control policies and reports, also conducting legal researches as required. You will provide comprehensive legal support with the group's diversified business and maintain good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders, also support with ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a law degree holder with minimum 5 years experience working in law firm and/ or in-house environment. You will be a team player also with ability to excel working on your own, also demonstrate strong communications skills with different level of staff. Both Chinese and English will be required for this role.
