About our Client
Our client is a reputable retail brand with regional hub in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a true HRBP professional to support several Asia Pacific countries on HR matters, including both retail and corporate functions.
About the Role
- Directly report to Senior HR Director
- Provide HR services to the business units across global including succession planning, rewards, performance management, staff movement and talent management
- Work closely with the senior management for implementing HR initiatives including headcount budgeting and manpower planning
- Support end-to-end execution and co-ordination of talent management process and talent development framework to strengthen the talent pipeline and succession planning
- Work with outside vendors on payroll and commission operations
- Partner with other HR counterparts (e.g. Talent Acquisition and Rewards) on global and regional initiatives such as talent pipeline, commission scheme review, salary survey and merit review
- Develop compelling communication strategies and direction to all employees, which reinforce the strategic direction of the company to maintain productive, passionate and cooperative company culture across the Business
- Provide HR advisory based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated departments
- Assist in any other ad-hoc project as assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 8+ years of experience on HRBP or account servicing, ideally from companies with frontline/ operation population
- With excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and multinational environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Immediately available would be an advantage
