About the Client
We are representing a multinational bank and they are looking for a People Services Specialist to join the team and support HR operation matters.
About the Role
- Responsible for on/off boarding procedure, benefits administration and enrollment, HR letters preparation and staff enquiries
- Effectively manage the HR administration team which administer the HRIS system and other associated tasks as part of group HR processes
- Develop efficient and effective HR business processes that meet the needs of the business
- Partner with HRBP, Payroll and Recruiting team, to resolve manager and employee questions within defined timelines
- Review, execute and audit HR transactions relating to worker life cycle or employment job changes (e.g., hires, terminations, mobility transfers)
- Develops, implements, and validates processes and systems to enhance the compliance and accuracy of all aspects of the job evaluation process
- Maintenance of accurate reporting on HR activities and ad-hoc reporting per HRBP requests
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 5-8 years of HR generalist or HR Shared Services experience from sizeable companies
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
