About Our Client
Our client is a well-established sourcing company, they are now seeking for Personal Assistant to serve their senior executive on business support and all-round secretarial support.
About The Role:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Provide general administrative support, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and office supply management
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the executive team
The Successful Applicant:
- 7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, providing secretarial support to executives
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
