Headquartered in Hong Kong, our client is a fast expanding company in the hospitality industry. With an innovative approach, it offers world class wellness facilities, hotels, dining and leisure to its customers. Due to rapid business growth in Hong Kong, they are recruiting an experienced Procurement Manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead a small team to manage annual procurement plan and undertake the full RFXs/Tender processes to ensure all procurement activities are justified and valuable. You will plan and develop the procurement strategies, streamline and enhance the procurement operating practices, provide professional advice to all support business units. In addition, you will build-up, maintain and evaluate the contractor list, source new potential vendors from time to time to drive synergy and realize cost saving.
Requirements
Suitable candidates will have at least 8 years of indirect/corporate procurement experience within the hospitality or Food & Beverage industry. You will be knowledgeable in supplier and contract management, and also familiar with procurement processes, practices and procedures. Good command in Mandarin & English is required.
